Sem-Sol is a small business located in Albuquerque, NM.  The company started in 2014, as Management and Engineering Solutions (M&ES) by Ms. Melissa Grange.  Melissa’s vision was to deliver top-talent engineering and management support to the U.S. Government, specifically in the area of high power microwave technologies.

In 2018 the ownership of the company was restructured to include Dr. Peter Duselis and Dr. Bruce Miller.  Dr. Duselis was brought on to innovate new high power microwave solutions and grow the company using his experience in the Directed Energy and Pulsed Power communities.  Dr. Bruce Miller joined to bring more than 40 years of world-class engineering and physics knowledge to the team. Subsequently, the company name changed to Science, Engineering, Management Solutions (Sem-Sol) to incorporate science into its portfolio.
